Online LAN Gaming

India is moving towards improved age and gender parity among online gamers. Playing games can be good for you! There are social, emotional and cognitive benefits for playing online games.

PIMSE organized an online gaming competition to demonstrate Young internet users have a higher propensity to play online games by targeting these gamer(s) that are usually more exposed to technology and online platforms.

Games are engaging they require higher order thinking, problem solving and persistence. Online games can teach cooperation and group work. Most games require strategy to understand and then work within the rules.

Gamification to offer opportunities across business functions and sectors was at the core of this fest under the guidance of our Director (In charge) Dr. Porinita Banerjee and co-ordinated by Mr.MohammadAli Shaikh.
